Overview

Through a collaborative planning process, we developed a multi-phase master plan that included mixed-use zoning, street grid design, and open space strategy. Our team led research, workshops, and visualizations that brought the vision to life.

Results

The plan was officially adopted by the city and has since attracted developers aligned with the community’s values. The district is now in early development, with infrastructure underway.
