Every square meter of Lume was thoughtfully designed—from custom lobby furniture and curated artwork to the rooftop bar with panoramic views. We drew inspiration from local materials and textures to evoke a sense of place while keeping functionality and flow top of mind.

Results

The hotel achieved 97% average occupancy in its first half-year and received consistent 5-star reviews for aesthetics and atmosphere. It was featured in three national design publications within months of launch.
